Tongyan Lin

Tongyan Lin was born in China and moved to US when she was very young. She grew up in Ann Arbor, studied physics at MIT/Harvard. She read a book with a picture of a cat on it in high school. She likes doing outdoorsy stuff on Lake Michigan (even in the winter!) and eating. Her day job is thinking about the physics of dark matter.
