Daniel van Rossum

Daniel van Rossum did his undergraduate education in Utrecht (in the Netherlands). He
then did his graduate studies on X-ray novae and stellar winds using the Phoenix codes,
studying at the University of Hamburg in Germany. Now Daniel is a postdoctoral fellow
at the Flash Center for Computational Science at the University of Chicago, where
he explodes stars on a computer.
